Using Athens Racing
Athens Racing is an online driving game operated by Alexandros Lekkas. By using it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13, or 16 where national law requires. Contact aflekkas@gmail.com with questions.
The game is a simulation. Follow real road laws and never imitate dangerous driving on public roads.
Accounts and fair play
Google is the only account sign-in provider. Keep your Google account secure and choose a display name and plate that do not impersonate others or expose private information. Do not harass other players, submit fraudulent times, exploit the service, disrupt connections or try to access someone else’s account. We may remove abusive records or restrict access to protect players and the service.
Availability and your data
The game may change or be unavailable, and saved progress and leaderboard records may be lost or reset. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. The Privacy policy describes account data, cookies, service providers and your rights. In Account, you can export your account data or delete your account. Separate leaderboard records and browser storage are not automatically removed by account deletion.
Optional YouTube playback is subject to YouTube’s terms. Google authentication is subject to Google’s terms.
Content and legal rights
The game and its assets remain subject to their applicable copyright and open-source licences; see the in-game Credits and the source repository. These terms do not grant rights beyond those licences.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every need or be free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
